It's time to slowly fill this still empty place. First, my nickname in the internet is Rosse, like my surname, but since ~rosse was already taken by another user, I'm fine with ssero. That is, because it sounds cool (kinda? Think of zero but with a french accent), it's an anagram and if you slice sse|ro and shift the parts, it creates ro|sse. Kind of silly, I know, but nicknames always were.

Why did I start using Deviantart? First, I don't really have a home currently in the internet. I'm here, there and some other places too. I hope to use Deviantart as some kind of aggregator. If someone is interested in the stuff I do, he should find everything here and not split over dozens of webpages. Then, I really need a showcase for my artwork. Building and updating a webpage is very tedious for me and with Deviantart I can upload easily from everywhere and get a blog and comments for free. And lastly, because some cool artists I admire are registered here and it's easier to follow and comment them if I have an account.

So, what am I doing lately? I want to join a school of arts next year, so all I currently do is to ensure that I really get into one. This means making a compelling portfolio, doing lots of studies, broaden my horizon and attend some classes in math, french and english. This place should serve as some kind of log and to survey my progress.
